Today the International Court of Justice (“ICJ”) handed down a decision in South Africa’s application for provisional measures in the Israel-Gaza conflict.
The ICJ remains a pivotal institution in the pursuit of global peace through the application of international law. South Africa’s case against Israel offers an opportunity to examine and understand the complexities of international legal frameworks.
