at this international and interdisciplinary workshop hosted by New York Law School from November 13, 2014 – November 16, 2014.

The wokshop examined both the achievements of past years and the difficulties that have emerged along the way. The strong and diverse group of participants – constitutional law experts, South African and American; “law and society” scholars; innovative legal educators; and public interest lawyers – spent four days conducting sustained inquiry in large settings and small ones, formal and informal.
