The Centre for Constitutional Rights (CFCR)  – in partnership with the Centre for Human Rights (CHR) at the University of Pretoria – hosted the third in a series of breakfast discussions for 2016 on Tuesday, 16 August. The series is supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS). Speakers included Justice Johann Kriegler (former Judge of the Constitutional Court, former Chairperson of the IEC), Ms Raenette Taljaard (former Member of Parliament, former Commissioner of the IEC) and Adv Pansy Tlakula (former Chairperson of the IEC).
