The Centre for Constitutional Rights (CFCR) in association with the School of Public Leadership Public Leadership Forum (SPLPLF) and the School of Public Leadership (SPL) at Stellenbosch University (SU), hosted the first in a series of breakfast discussions, supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS).
Former President FW de Klerk and Dr Danny Titus (Human Rights Commissioner) discussed the topic of “Service Delivery and the Realisation of Human Rights”, facilitated by Henry Jeffrey and attended by about 85 participants.
