On Wednesday, 8 November 2017, the Centre for Constitutional Rights (CFCR) and the School of Public Leadership (SPL) at Stellenbosch University (SU) and supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) hosted the fourth in a series of breakfast discussions for 2017. Speakers included legal journalist, Karyn Maughan, and investigative journalist, Pieter-Louis Myburgh, and the topic under discussion was “Unpacking State Capture: Extent and Implications”.
