On Friday, 7 April, the CFCR hosted the second in a series of breakfast discussions for 2017, held in partnership with the School of Public Leadership (SPL) at Stellenbosch University (SU) and supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS). Speaker Ms Marlene le Roux, CEO of The Artscape Theatre Centre; Chairperson of the Chrysalis Academy; the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation and the Stigting vir Bemagtiging deur Afrikaans (SBA) offered “Reflections on the Meaning of Citizenship and Governance”
