• With reference to your call for submissions as published on www.parliament.gov.za, the CFCR welcomes the opportunity to make concise submissions to the Committee regarding the Property Valuation Bill [B54-2013] (the Bill) and certain aspects of the Bill that we believe require revision or amendment.
  • The CFCR welcomes the objectives of the Bill in so far as they aim to give effect to the letter and spirit of the Constitution, in particular the equal enjoyment of those rights and freedoms pertaining to property and property ownership.
