The FW de Klerk Foundation is proud to present its Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Rights Report Card in a tribute to South Africa’s diverse cultures, beliefs and languages. The Report Card, compiled annually, measures how well the Constitution’s cultural, religious and linguistic rights are enjoyed as a lived reality.
