On the 16th of September 2026, the FW de Klerk Foundation released its Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Report Card which is in celebration of Heritage Day.
The CRL Rights Report Card 2026 assesses the extent to which these rights were realised between September 2025 and September 2026, as well as the performance of the institutions entrusted with their protection.
The FW de Klerk Foundation releases this report in a constructive spirit, trusting it will help the respective institutions to take steps to strengthen the enjoyment of these rights.
