On Thursday, 6 July 2017, the Centre for Constitutional Rights (CFCR) and the South African Institute of Race Relations (IRR), supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), hosted a breakfast discussion in Johannesburg. The topic under discussion was “Land Reform and Property Rights in South Africa – A Snapshot”.
