The Centre for Constitutional Rights (CFCR) and South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights and International Law (SAIFAC) hosted a methodology seminar to develop a framework to monitor the State’s compliance and observance of certain civil and political rights in Cape Town on Monday, 15 May 2017. Speakers included Prof David Bilchitz: University of Johannesburg (UJ), Dr Nicole Stremlau: University of Johannesburg (UJ) and Mr Daniel Maclaren: Studies in Poverty and Inequality Institute (SPII).
