The FW de Klerk Foundation works to promote and defend the Constitution – the cornerstone of South Africa’s future freedom, political stability and economic prosperity. If you wish to further the work of the Foundation and its Centres for Constitutional Rights and Unity in Diversity, consider making a once-off or regular monthly contribution.

The Foundation is a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), therefore donations are tax deductible and received in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962. The Foundation is also a registered Non-Profit Organisation.

As a non-profit organisation with a small operating budget, the FW de Klerk Foundation welcomes donations from companies to help further the work of the Foundation, and its Centre for Constitutional Transformation. International Donor Support Programme

The Donor Support Programme was launched as a useful service to friends of South Africa who want to help the country address some of its most pressing problems. The Foundation assists international donors by identifying NGOs with proven track records, negotiating with implementing agencies and channeling payments. Donors receive regular progress reports and the Foundation does not charge for these services.

Leave a Bequest

By leaving a bequest to the FW de Klerk Foundation, you too can contribute to this legacy and assist us in continuing our work in support of the Constitution, and upholding the values upon which our new democracy was founded. In order to make a bequest you only need to add a codicil to an existing will, or draw up a new will. You can bequeath cash, shares or any other form of property to the FW de Klerk Foundation.
